Digital High Frequency Sine Wave Spark Tester Series

The HF-15B is a compact, digital 3kHz spark tester with a test voltage range of 500v to 15KV rms.

• The RC Remote display features large LED lights that are easily seen from a long distance. The RC Display easy can either be mounted on top of the spark tester enclosure or remote mounted up to 200 feet (60 meters) away
• The HF-15B spark tester receives and responds to digital commands from a PLC or computer through its RS-485 interface via Modbus RTU.
• The following communication protocols are available: Analog, EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP, Profibus, PROFINET, DeviceNET

Test parameters are easily programmed on the front panel or through the RS-485 port.  Wiring is done externally, and form C relay contacts on the rear panel can be connected to alarms or lights that activate when a fault is detected.

Many electrode designs are available to test a broad range of product sizes, shapes and wire line speeds.
